Outlook 2000 Configuration

for use with your Inland Productivity Solutions hosted Mail account.

 

 

 

Double click My Computer on your desktop.

Double click Control Panel.

Double click Mail.

 

 

 

 

Click Add.

 

 

 

 

 

Double click Internet E-mail. 

 

 

 

You choose how you will refer to this service.  Fill that in the first field.  Provide Name, Organization, and E-mail address.  Reply address only needs to be filled in if you intend to have e-mail delivered to a second account other than your primary e-mail account. 

 

Click the Servers tab.

 

 

Fill in Incoming mail (POP3) and Outgoing mail (SMTP) with mail.ipsemail.com.  Type your e-mail address in the account name field and your password in the Password field.  Click OK.
